If you’re wondering how all of this works, here is what you should know: Each project has its’ own process, which dictates timelines. For instance: a product label could take just a few days, while a logo design could take up to 2 weeks. It all depends on how far along our clients are in their personal business journey. It’s for this reason that DesignGoat will ask that you first fill out our compatibility qualification form before actually discussing the nuances of your project. This greatly benefits us both; as we can quickly discern whether or not the work you need is within DesignGoat’s capacity to deliver.
After filling out our compatibility qualification form, our members will review the information and contact you by email within 10 business days. We will respond in one of two ways. Either we decline if the request is beyond our current capacity to deliver, or DesignGoat will accept with any follow up questions. After the objectives have been clarified, DesignGoat will produce a proposal. The proposal will include information such as pricing, deliverables, and an estimated timeline for the project. If the proposal is signed for approval DesignGoat will immediately begin work. From that point forward you will be guided along through to the completion of the project.
